Water is fundamental to human life, and as such water accessibility is a crucial issue requiring an immediate and concerted global effort to resolve. It is our belief that this type of resolution must begin somewhere, and from this notion ConcreteH2O was conceptualized.
At Concrete H2O, we strive to engineer concrete products for a variety of industries, which are simple to use, and ultimately filter diluted water into clean and useable water. Specifically, our technology to repurpose water would be highly beneficial in industries specializing in irrigation, farming, urban and rural development, and manufacturing.

The Concrete H2O team is comprised of four co-founding members, each highly experienced and revered in their respective fields. Combining technical knowledge, industry expertise, and years of hands-on experience, Concrete H2O was conceived to aid agricultural and development companies in their need to conveniently access filtered water.
Salman Noubahar
Director of Sales & Marketing/Co-Founder
Salman is a customer-focused sales and marketing specialist, with extensive knowledge in management and effective business practices. In his role at Concrete H2O, he oversees marketing campaigns, nurtures customer relationships by encouraging feedback, and supports product optimization by directing feedback to the development team. Additionally, he conducts extensive market research to gain a better understanding of the end-user’s needs, and ensures the product and any marketing efforts strategically address these needs. Salman holds a Bachelor of Science in Irrigation Engineering, an Associate Degree in Science and Irrigation Technology, as well as professional certifications in marketing, sales, customer relations, and energy management.
Mehrdad Ahmadidafchahi
Concrete Technical Specialist
Mehrdad supports the daily operations of Concrete H2O by preparing materials, overseeing the concrete mixing process, and ensuring products are created to uphold the highest quality standards. With over 29 years of experience in the building and construction industries, Mehrdad brings a wealth of knowledge and firsthand experience to Concrete H2O. Mehrdad holds a Master’s Degree specializing in Structural Engineering, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Soheil Sabouri
Polymer Technical Specialist
With over 15 years of experience in water filtration manufacturing and working with polymer products, Soheil is a highly experienced and valuable member of the Concrete H2O team. In his role, he supports the company’s sustainability targets, ensures the highest quality of product and service delivery, and remains up-to-date with emerging trends and industry-related changes as they apply to Concrete H2O. Soheil holds an Executive Master of Business Administration.
Seyedmehdi Mirenayat
Procurement Manager
As the procurement manager, Seyedmehdi is responsible for developing innovative and cost-effective procurement strategies, and regularly communicating with the company’s vendors and suppliers. He conducts thorough inventory, ensuring all necessary materials and supplies are on-hand to meet production targets, and customer orders can be fulfilled expeditiously. Syedmehdi has extensive experience working with polymer technologies, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering.
